Hi all, I bought a Armstrong 64-221 torque wrench preset to 7lbft. The eBay review said to use a 1/4 Allen for adjustment. However there is a ball at the end . Do you push the ball end in to adjust ? https://www.ebay.com/itm/262483462601 Hope someone knows. New surplus with no paperwork .
