I think Amazon will raise the price on these after a couple sell, so act fast!

So - how does one go about finding these 'quick drops' in price on Amazon? I know about camelcamelcamel - but there has to be a site that tracks and picks out these sporadic "random" price drops Amazon does to attract more buyers.

Go under the tools department, click "value center" in the left column, 70% off under options, items sold by Amazon.

It's harder to do under the auto and industrial section.

In the old hot deals thread, Stuey explains it in the first post.

Mine showed up last night. 1/2 drive for all bits...cool that they're all the same, but 1/2"? Why not 3/8....?

Got mine yesterday as well. They were advertised as 1/2" so that wasn't a surprise for me, I've already got a full 3/8" set.

I think the 1/2" will be a benefit for me in some situations, seat belt bolts are an example, they usually are coated with a threadlock that makes them tight to remove, so you're working the bolt all the way out, a little extra leverage from a 1/2" ratchet is nice in that situation.

good point. Bottom line is a have a little gearwrench thing for the smaller items if a 1/2" ratchet is inappropriate.

cool deal. Thanks, OP!
