Is this a Gearwrench ratchet? (I'm not associated with the seller, etc.) Anyone know its COO?

I have a locking 3/8" Armstrong 11-994 and love the mechanism, but not really the shape of the handle. I want a 1/2" of the same thing, but for round handles my options appear to be Matco...?

that is a gearwrench ratchet in the picure. what you get when they ship? who knows? either the picture or the armstrong number is wrong.
