Walked in Fastenal 3 days ago to warranty an Armstrong 1/2" flex ratchet,walked out this morning with my brand new one. With all the posts I've seen about warranties, thought I'd share this. Couldn't have been easier

I did a ratcheting combination wrench there. I didn't buy it from them, but when I had an issue I called Armstrong. Armstrong said to take it to a Fastenal so I did. When I got to Fastenal they called Armstrong, got my address, sent me a new one and ordered Fastenal to destroy it.
