Armstrong hex bits, good deal?

Are these a good deal?

I think if I buy these impacts I might not need chromes? I have a chrome 8mm, prolly only chrome Ill need. Does that sound about right?

Not sure on the quality, but I would guess they are nice as Armstrong makes nice stuff. If you buy these I see no need to also get chrome as well.

I have a couple Armstrong bits I picked up used but they look like pretty new and the 1/4 is twisted so that's better then stripping and breaking. Other then that I don't have any experience with Armstrong bit sockets.
