Armstrong Impact Sockets Same as Craftsman?

buy some, use them side by side for a few weeks then return the craftsman. Only way to be sure.

New Craftsman are indeed coming from China, but back when they were made here they were the same.

I got 2 sets of USA Craftsmans and filled in all the missing sizes with Armstrong. They are the same and great sockets.

They are still USA made and I don't see that changing. I'm not sure if they carry anything that is not made in USA. They have a lot of Gov. and military contracts so It wouldnt be in there interest to import.

The variations between the USA CMs and the Armstrongs are slight. They're basically the same (all my 3/8" impacts and all the 1/2" gaps on my USA CMs are Armstrong.) Personally, I like the Armstrongs a bit better than I like the USA CMs since their inked-on numbers don't rub off the first time you wipe it down with an oily rag.
