maybe I should just stick to Craftsman! Is this indicative of higher end tools? Is this price for real? It seems a bit much if you ask me. I know many of you guys use your tools everyday, but can they really be that much better?

Armstrong 31 pc. 12 pt. Full Polish Long Combination Wrench Set model #25-657

Cool! I've almost got a full set of standards. Just need to find a 9/16 & 5/8 to complete the set. Hell, I'd let them go for a lot less than that price .........

Guess I never looked at a set of Snap On or Mac but that just seems, well, silly to spend that much. I guess for me, if I had to have it, and Craftsman didn't make it, I would have to find a cheaper alternative. Wow, $300+ for a single wrench. Boggles my mind.

Guess at that price, it would be alot cheaper to buy a BIG Crescent wrench .. :)

go price a set of wrenches...say from 1 5/16-2" or up to 2 1/2. And crescents just dont cut it in my field (Heavy Equiptment) so I bought the armstrong set up to 2".
