There was alot of talk about these a while back. They seem to be very well liked. Do little searching here and you'll find a few posts about them.

You'd probably like it, but it has a very different handle. Most guys seem to like it though.

I wish I went with that aerospace instead of the Cman premiums. they are a little shorter than the cman. I think they are also called Maxx ratchets as well. The 88tooths are awesome I have the flex heads in 1/4" and 3/8"

I'm mechanic in the ARMY an Armstrong is whats in our issued tool boxes. I have beaten the **** out of them day in and out. They have really impressed me. The only thing I've found that would be a negative is going from forward to reverse can be a pain at times. Ususally after stress loads where I should have went to a 1/2". But after having snappy and mac at the house, I would not think twice about adding Armstrong to that collection.

a premium ratchet at a discount price. basicly the same ratchet as a matco 88 with a nicer handle. don't let the shape sway you, it is quite comfy

my dual 80 collects dust and have added the armstrong 1/4 version and 60 tooth locking flex in 1/4 and 3/8. buy them and thank us later.

I have the MAXX locking flex in 1/4, 3/8, & 1/2. Mine are 60T. The fit and finish is excellent. I wish the MAXX series was aerospace certified. That cert is more demanding than ansi, which means the finish has to be thicker, mechanism stronger, etc. If I was looking for a short ratchet I'd be considering that 88t aerospace you're looking at. I expect that you'd be pleased if you get it
