I have a 12-902 model Armstrong ratchet that I have purchased years ago. It feels like the gears are stripped, and wondering about rebuild kits as I’m sure it’s not made anymore

Is this a pass through ratchet?
Do you have a picture of the ratchet?
If it is a pass though then parts will be tough, some Matco special forces ratchet parts will fit because Armstrong made both the Eliminator series and the Special Forces ratchets for Matco.
Hope this helps!

On this ratchet, the sockets are the gear. The only thing to service is the reversing pawl, and if you remove it, there should be a ball and spring behind it.
