I see Home Depot is selling online only Armstrong Toolboxes. Looking online, and doing some GJ searching, it looks like the Armstrong Professional toolboxes are built by Waterloo. (or at least they look like it)

Armstrong's Industrial line is partially sold by Home Depot. I see they are made in the US, but who makes them? They have some odd sizes (30 and 33 inch)

Here is a link for Home Depot.

Armstrong's lower line boxes are Waterloo last I knew. These are their 26" and 40" boxes. Their higher grade which would include the 30" box you linked to are the old Matco box design. Those boxes to my understanding are made in the same factory as current Matco boxes.

Per Waterloo's website they only produce 2 models in 2 different colors in the US. I was at Sears today and found the stainless Premium boxes are Made in Mexico and the black Premium boxes weren't labeled at all. There were the lower line boxes there that were Made in USA (was written on the price sheet) I'm assuming since the black premium wasn't labeled that it also is made in Mexico.
