Armstrong Torque wrench repair

Fellas, I need your help.

Ive an Armstrong 64-146 3/8" flex head torque wrench that I need a new ratchet repair kit for, Im having zero success calling Apex (here in CANADA) one lady I spoke with said a gearwrench kit would fit but she wasnt able to give me any part numbers, does anybody have any part numbers or suggestions as to how I can get this thing working again.
