Its true, they look good. I would have bought them if I was able to spare the cash at the time. Kinda ***** that I lost my chance. Maybe they'll do it again at some point.

Received my sets last Friday but finally got to the inspection. I'm pleased overall, there are a few cosmetic issues but nothing I'm personally concerned with.

A few items to note, the 15mm deep socket in the 1/2" set and 16mm deep in the 3/8" set have a dull/rough surface. Seems to have missed a buffing process perhaps. Also the 7mm shallow socket has a strange broach visually, the walls seem exaggerated almost like the metrinch style sockets. I didn't have a 7mm nut on hand to test everything fits, will look in to verifying it. Also, the knurling on the extensions leave something to be desired, especially the 1/2" set, simply too smooth.

I'm thinking these might be factory seconds, hence the low price. Assuming its just a few cosmetic issues though not a big deal, especially if their purpose is to be used and not put in a display case

Yeah, for the price I simply couldn't pass this one up. Was a great step up from my starter C-man RP sets.
