Usually anything larger than 100 sq feet requires a permit in the states. At least in NJ. 8x10 sheds are huge sellers. Which is why these are on sale. I'm guessing.

How much difference does the vinyl coating make? The standard steel version of the 10x14 is just under $500 at Lowes normally.

I keep debating one of these sheds since I need to make space in my garage. I have way too many car parts.

I have heard too many horror stories in my office to ever recommend one of these pieces of ****. If you need cheesy looking temp storage for non-critical items, it might be worth it. yeah, I know your grandma's cousin's nephew had one that lasted for 33 years. Well, my customer lost his grandma's heirlooms because an Arrow piece of **** didn't hold up.
