Arrow wrenches?

Good day everyone!
So this is part introduction, part question. I've been lurking here awhile, doing my best to read everything ever posted. (Stop making new threads!)
I've always been into tools but mostly grew up with dads raised panel craftsman and the like. I didn't really think twice about brands. Those worked, and I made due with what dad had on hand.

Now trying to build up my own collection I found craftsman isn't the same as what I remembered. Long story short, I hangout here a lot and my wallet doesn't appreciate it.

Until now I didn't really have anything of value to add, come to think of it, I don't now either as I have a question.

I bought a pile of mystery wrenches on a whim and this very small open end wrench was in the bag. Anybody know anything about these? I've never seen or heard of Arrow before, but I'm new to tool history. I looked over at alloy artifacts, but there wasn't really much there. Or I couldn't find it if it was.

Almost makes me think ignition wrench?

Also, I'm still trying to figure out resizing images on my phone, I have higher resolution photos if these don't work for some reason.

Yeah, I had seen that, didn't know if anyone had seen any other tools by them, or maybe had a guess on dating them.

The other wrenches in the bin were mostly 60s and 70s as far as I can tell,
but I'm not sure that makes much of a difference as I don't really know where they came from.
