Articulated work bench light?

I am looking for an articulated light(one that can be retracted/swings) to use over a work bench..something that can be pulled out/positioned as needed but moves out of the way at other times...no leds

I got old dental lights from Pelton & Crane...just about done with the first bracket. See all throughout my thread for more info...

IKEA lights are decent and reasonably priced.

I second got2boostit2. I bought 3 of these last time I was there. Will probably buy a handful more next time.
