someone dumped a bunch a **** down the street, there was an old window there. so i grabbed it and made a picture frame out of it. a lot of work went into these old windows when they made them. the picture is of a dog that we had to put down this spring.

Yes a lot of labor went into that window sash. Large sheets of glass were either expensive or impossible depending on the age. It all had an element of good design.

Doubt anyone will be doing the same with vinyl windows a 100 years from now.
