It's definitely AC. Here is one very similar online and it's listed as 120V.

I believe this may work on 110v or 220v. The 50hz rating should be for 220v. Hardly anywhere in the world uses 110v/50hz.

He label does not spec the voltage. You must look to the coil for the rating. What are you using it for? Besides the ground wire, how many wires are there on the coil?

Nobody uses 110V 60 HZ anymore as it's obsolete, the UK uses 110V "site transformers" on job sites, that step down 240V 50 Hz, each leg is 55V.
To the OP look real close on the coil, there may be a trace of the factory voltage markings, parts for Red Hat valves are pricey even with after market parts.

If you pop the little red cap off, the valve part will drop out of the coil part, then you can take the metal shell off the actual coil and it should have a voltage cast or stamped on it. It will not be on the green metal shell, it will be on a hard cast plastic.
the green shell is two parts that unscrew.
On edit, it looks like that one is green cast plastic, no shell to remove, sorry.

I am planning on using it as a air shutoff to my compressor, when I shut my lights off it will also close the valve. When I got home from work one day I could hear my compressor running and I had blew a line, I do not know how long it ran that day. I just want to prevent any future problems. I try to always shut it off but it is easy to forget.
I did email Asco with the model and serial number they responded pretty quickly and said it is a 120/60, 110/50.
It does have 2 red wires and one green/yellow wire.

Sorry, I just saw this. If you look on the side of the solenoid housing (green housing) there should be a laser engraving on it. If its 120V it will say 120/60 or 110/50, the solenoid is not polarity sensitive so you will have two red or yellow and a green ground. Connect one red to your black (Hot L1) and one red to your white (neutral L2) and green to ground.
