Ashley Direct Vent Heater quality

I’ve been satisfied with Empire’s direct vent heaters but because of clearance limitations I’m considering an Ashley direct vent, but don’t have any experience with them.
Anyone with experience who can offer an opinion on their quality?

They have a ton of complaints, including gas valve issues and pilot assembly issues.

They also have part availability issues, and no customer support.

What clearance issues are you talking about. To the unit or clearance for the vent termination to doors or windows. For a direct vent <50kbtu the clearance is 9” to as door or windows. >50K it is 12.
