I've yet to identify this angled gear driven slotted screwdriver.

It's looks like a precision made tool, high quality.

The Name FIOIBN turns up nothing on the interwebs.

Sounds German?

Any help is appreciated.

I imagine that is a purpose built tool to access an adjustment or similar on a specific piece of machinery or equipment.

The name seems of Italian origin to me. I've seen abbreviations run together with other words in both French and Italian.

FIOI = flower or flowers

BN = abbreviation for the province of Benevento

Speculative, but at least there's some possible 'hits' here.
