I am planning a new garage 40x40 (private) and thinking about using asphalt millings for my shop floor and would like some 2nd thoughts or pros/cons before I start, if possible. ? and thanks for your output.
I knew a guy that had a pole barn garage. He had a asphalt drive put in and had them
run it into his garage. I was there a few times. It looked nice. It might of been 5 years
old when I seen it. Millings might look rough.
I ran it up the side and back of my newly built garage about 20’x 80’ and the hot top guys rolled in when they put my front driveway in. But it does not stick together that well on top. I certainly wouldn’t want it as a shop floor. Inexpensive driveway yes.
