What kind of price on it and how many square feet does it cover? I have a few large cracks in mine and am having an asphalt company coming this week to give me a quote on repairing and resealing.

Coverage is surface dependent....
We have kits in 3 and 5 gallon size. If you are filling large cracks you could look into our "six pack" . A "six pack" is 3 gallons of neat resin. You can add your own aggregate (sand) locally and really get some mileage from it.
3 gallon: 99.
5 gallon: 139.
Six pack: 249. (resin equivalent to (3) five gallon kits)

Can you put this over a stone base (like to fill a pot hole)? for example, fill a pothole with stone, and this on top?

Yes, you need to use angular stone not round.

How much would I need to fix this? 
That's just from the trucks bringing in fill dirt for my new barn pad. It'll probably get worse after the concrete trucks do their damage.
