I am considering getting one of these tools and I want to know if anyone else has one and if it's any good? Also, it looks exactly like the Mac AW850 impact wrench. Are these the same tools with different names like 99% of the big tool companies air tools(IR with Matco, Mac, Snap On, etc wrote on them)?

So long as you aren't expecting a lot of power, you'll do fine. Think dash screws, trim panels, light screwdriving (mudflaps, etc). I have the AP and, while it doesn't see a lot of use, it's been good so far.

Astro Pneumatic's air tools are cheaply made and don't last.IR makes a small compact 1/4 impact that is very powerful.
