Just a friendly bump for you guys. I bought an 8 piece set of carbide rotary burrs a few months back (set #2181). I was very pleased with them for what I paid, but then I went to use one the other day (first time using this one) and the end snapped off literally the first time it touched metal. I emailed you guys and within a few hours had a reply from Nikki Fisher. I sent her a picture and am currently awaiting my replacement - quick and no hassle.

I'm writing this mostly because I was impressed by the lack of hoops I had to jump through to get this handled. Normally places will make you mail back the broken part because they figure the shipping costs more than the part so it discourages warranty claims and such. Very pleased, keep up the good work.

Bought the 1221set with straight die grinder, 90 degree and set of carbide bits, works amazing, the mini features of them make it nice for hard to reach areas. The straight goes at 23000 rpms and the 90 at 20000 rpms if I remember correctly. They sure do make a nice zipping sound thats for sure!

I had a bit of a problem while using my Astro-Pneumatic coolant system tester yesterday that I wanted to pass along. I was pressure testing a Jeep Cherokee 4.0L, and that uses the largest of the chrome twist-on adapters. The tabs on the adapter protruded too far inward, and could not fit on the radiator. It's not just the Jeep either, as I had one of those expandable universal adapters on hand, and it would not fit that either. I had to grind down the tabs slightly to make this adapter work. So it's definitely the right adapter for the application, but the tabs need a slight re-design.
