ATD-10801 cordless screwdriver?

So I was helping a friend clean up an avionics shop and found this cordless screwdriver in a box. 4.8v and 22 torque settings...

I've never seen the brand before but when I picked it up I was amazed with how hefty it felt. My go to pocket screwdriver is a Black&Decker Gyro and this ATD was considerably heavier.

Have any of you used one before? Any impression of the brand? I'm trying to decide if it's worth trying to find a charger for it.

Atd puts out a lot of auto service tool sets, usually oriental, but I've not had any problems. If you can get a charger for that, try it out, it's probably as good as black and decker...
