Not ATD, but I snagged this ethylene glycol tester at a pawn shop for $1. Made in the good ole USA, and used it within a week.

I've never used the ATD, but looking at it, I think I would prefer a universal type setup. The unit Redline makes looks to be nice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=iXvlVLo8VXc

The redline one can be had on ebay for $135ish. Made in the USA as well. I see the ATD kit is about $200, but it does include a refill/air purge tool, so that's something to consider. Those are nice if you're constantly doing coolant system work.

I had an OTC bladder type that has served me well for many years, and has decent fitment. However, I ran out of spare bladders and they are a pain in the *** to change anyway. I ordered the Redline kit from Tool Topia, should be receiving it tomorrow.
