ATD Toolboxes any good

Found a large ATD brand toolbox locally for what seems like a screaming deal can anybody tell if there any good ?

They are okay, a guy I work with has one on top of his classic 78, and it's been decent, but he has had one or two slides fall apart. It is nice other than that.

From what I have seen, they are SPG International boxed with an ATD badge on them.

I don't have a box but they are like NAPA. I have bought about a dozen things from them thru the parts store sale flier and all worked just as promised and a couple things have been rather outstanding.
