How do these compare to the LED lights the trucks sell? I have a cordless Blue-Point under-hood light I stole from some garage sale for $20 and love it! I could use one for working on my trucks at the house though, just don't want to be disappointed if they don't chock up against LED's like the one I have.

I picked one up last year. Used it today in the garage both under the hood doing an alternator swap as well as under the car doing an oil change.

My tip is to cut the cord and add a plug, just too cumbersome as it is
