ATD Tools vs. HF Massive tool box

I am wondering if anybody has any feedback on the ATD-7275 tool box? It is listed on Amazon for $1447.40 and shipping is included. Is it comparable to the HF / Northern Tool / Sears 72' boxes? I never heard of ATD so thought The Forum would be the best source of comparison for the big boxes.

I'll have to check. ATD is "advanced tool design" Some stuff is USA made and some is china. I believe they make their own boxes, but not 100% sure.

StrictlyToolBoxes is a vendor on the forum that sells these - can't recall the guys name (think it's Shawn) but he's open to questions and comparisons.
