Hello, still new. Can anyone tell me where I might find a date code stamped onto my newly acquired Athol 614? Thanks in advance!

Welcome. Not aware of any date codes on Athol vises, but can tell you it's not real early. That lip on the bottom that locates the vise on the front edge of the bench was at about a 45 degree angle that went further back on the early ones, requiring the user to cut a notch in the edge of the bench to "key" the vise to the bench.
Nice vise by the way, have had an early one doing daily duty on my bench for about 40 years.

Thanks very much for the info. By the way, I used to have a 69 SS 396 Chevelle. :).

I came across this in my search for a date and based off of the foot/base design, itdefinitely is a closer match to the first two rather than the last two. It’s a bummer if they didn’t stamp a date but I haven’t found it yet, if it’s there. Ha. Assuming the first example in the pic is from the early 20’s and the second from the 40’s, I’m thinking mine is in that range. But I defer to you experts.

Thank you again!

Yours is definitely the last one of the 4, based off the half oval cut-out right behind the manufacturer stamp.

The base of mine is nothing like the base of the 3rd and 4th. It's a 3 petal clover leaf like the first two. Plus, mine has the bench end cap like the first two. But you make a good point about that half oval cut out. The first two don't have that. Oh well, it's an awesome vise.
