Sold Athol 614 vise
This is my first restoration.
As you can see it's an Athole 614.
48lbs
About 17" long
4" jaws
Looks like it had very light use at best, as there are relatively few saw/grinder/hammer marks on/around the jaws for a vise of this vintage. There are some marks of course, and they are pretty shallow.
The bottom had a nice raised portion down the center, so I flattened it out (pretty well) as to lower the odds of broken tabs in the future.
Let me know if you'd like to see more/different pictures.
I would much prefer local pickup, as I find crating these up to be a pain. And if it doesn't sell locally in a week or two I will ship. If you are local and can pick up feel free to make an offer.
