athol no.91 machinist vise

That one is in fantastic condition. Obviously well cared for. That patina is amazing.
I am not an authority on Athol vises but I do have a few and have been around vises for a while.
Until an expert chimes in, here is what I believe to be true.
Athol Machine Co. lettering says to me that it was made prior to 1921 when the company changed to Athol Machine and Vise Co.
