For those with an Atlas 4 post lift, how accurate are the advertised dimensions vs. actual?

Atlas lists their Garage pro 9000 with an 85" deck height, 80.5" clearance at the top locking position. Yet, they reference a (+/- 2"). Just curious what others, 8000, 408SL, etc. have dimensional accuracy..

Just an Update.

My Atlas Pro 9000 is up and operational. I have 81" clearance height at the top lock. The 2" adjust-ability is in the ladder lock & cable at each column. I could get another 3/4" in height or drop it down another 1" +/-.

On a side note, this lift WILL get bolted down! Without any load on the runways, it moves a bit too much for my liking, at full height. At the very least, I'll use drop-ins so I can have the flexibility to remove the anchors and move the lift.

Please keep us updated on what you think of it. Do you have any pictures? Did you get a bridge jack? How is the build quality? Have you compared it to other lifts in person?

I saw you post in another thread and it got me looking at the Garage Pro 8000 EXT and considering it as an alternative to the Advantage/Wildfire or BendPak. I'm not overly impressed by the pictures that Greg Smith has on their website. I'm concerned about the width between the runways (will primarily be using this for vehicle repairs and utility trailer storage), I'm not crazy about their non-rolling bridge jack setup...but with that said...the compact size is appealing to me with my compact garage.
