My housing says 54mm
My spring that broke is 1mm x 19mm x 7'
Any help on finding a spring or posting a link would be very appreciated.

Knowing you location would be useful. I am not sure I have any recommendations for Zimbabwe for example.
I am in the USA. Northern California.
I have the data sheet but can't find any springs that size.

Based on the drawing and a few calculations. the spring you want is 3000mm long, 53mm OD, 19mm wide, and 0.56mm thick.

Most all the Asia replacement springs are thicker and shorter.

The closest I can see is:

1800mm long
64mm OD
19mm wide
0.7mm thick

You would need to see if 0.7mm thick will still fit in to the pinon shaft slot.

Even still it would be need to be wound smaller to have a 53mm OD. probably doable, but a pain. But the spring is only $20 or so to test.

If the spring is broken right where the bend is for it to lock into the shaft or housing, you can bend it again and make it work. There's plenty of spring left to it. Following advice from an OWWM posting, I've used a raw potato as a heat sink on the broken end of the spring, heated it up to make the bend and let it cool. I don't know if the heat sink is necessary or not but I've had good results twice. Beats hunting a new spring.

I like your idea of using a potato as a heat sink.

The current spring he had break is a replacement that is almost 2x as thick as the original shown in the Atlas factory drawing. it may still be salvageable but that is a 5.7x stiffer spring than the original.

I had the same issue trying to find replacement spring.
I heated and bent the end of the broken spring. I didn't use a heatsink other then having the spring clamped in my vise. The vise jaw gave a nice square edge to bend against and also provided a sink.
So far its working great. But I've only drilled a few holes. (y)
