I own an Atlas No. 64 drill press and have searched for either a W-122 low speed attachment. Unable to find one, I did acquire a similar attachment, W-121, that fits a 2" ID column, not the 2-1/2" ID of the No. 64. No matter, I can machine an adapter sleeve easily enough.
The problem is that there is enough wear at the small end of the pulley that there is considerable wobble. Is this a replaceable bushing or do I need to bore and bush the pulley? I'm guessing that replacement pulleys are no longer available. 8)

I Just joined a few minutes ago an saw your post. I happen to be in the same place. Looking for a slow speed attachment for my no. 64. I have no advice to offer but will watch with interest if you are willing to share more information as you make progress. Cheers
