Atlas FM-9SL Lowest Locking Position

I am looking at the Atlas FM-9SL lift from gregsmith. I was wondering if anyone has one of these units? I trying to find out the lowest locking position for the lift. When I called gregsmith, and Atlas, all they could tell me was the max lifting height, and the total number of locking positions.

I cant answer your question but I would be hesitant to buy a lift from a company that cannot answer that simple question

My Atlas PV-10 is about 36" if that helps.
