Atlas Kwik Bay and trans drop

Hi I've recently been considering an Atlas Kwik Bay for my garage and would be using it on a variety of vehicles. I would like to do a clutch job on my Chevy 1/2 ton and I believe I'd need to use the optional cross bars. Does anyone know if these would be in the way when dropping the trans? Thanks

I would never again use a scissor lift for anything other then changing tires. I bought one and hated it the whole time I had it.

So was I and then I saw the Bendpak MDS-6K with a completely open center. I have one on order. Hopefully it arrives soon.

Thanks for the replies. I like that bendpak I just need something I can move in the garage and I need at least 7000 lbs of capacity. I guess I'm stuck with the Kwik Bay or a 4 post.
