Hi. I bought the cast iron legs to go with my Atlas 10", TV42 lathe and would like to add the maple top and shelf that were originally included (or at least were a popular option).

I could just eyeball it but thought I would ask here if anyone has this setup and could let me know the dimensions of these boards so I can cut my own. I know it's kind of a goofy question but I'm a bit of a nut about keeping things as close to original as possible.

I've included a random web photo for reference.

Thanks for any help.

my wood dims are
top-1 5/8"x45"x9"
bottom-1 5/8" x 9 1/4" x 42"
i may also be off a CH but not much. i also have a bunch of stuff in the way and i'm using a 10 year old cheapo stocking stuffer tape measure:lol:

Thanks for posting these. I appreciate the effort. beatcad... I have a basement full of cheapo stocking stuffer tape measures lying around... the good ones are down there somewhere too... I think they hide from me... :p

Thanks again!
