Found it buried in a building. Has some tooling and I found a 1 hp Dayton motor for it. A little rusty but it looks like it’s all there.

Pristine shape with tons of tooling $350 tops but only if you HAD to have it.

Decent shape $100 -$200

If he’s asking under $100 just take it.

Edit. Oops sorry. Missed the “rusty” in description. It will depend how rusty and how much work you are willing to put into it.

The Atlas TH54 is a nice light 10" screw cutting metal lathe. One with some tooling and a stand was for sale on craigslist here for $1100.

If you offered me that, I'd run you off my property.

I have a QC 54 (Quick Change 54). It's my 1st lathe and was my first intro into lathe work. If it's your only lathe, (I mean TH54 or none) there is a lot of potential there and will teach you what you need to know if you feel the need to upgrade some time in the future. I paid around $325 for mine and it's one of my favorite tools that's saved my *** on a few times now.

Not enough information. $100-$1500 but I suspect without the motor and rusty in <$500 range.

A TH- is a change gear lathe

A QC- is a quick change box lathe

Its a very good machine to start learning on. I had one many moons ago.
