Atlas PV-12P vs BendPak XPR-12CL feedback

Good day folks,

My shop is nearing readiness for my lift install and all along I have been targeting one of two systems: the BendPak XPR-12CL and the Atlas® PV-12P Overhead 12,000 lbs Extra Wide/Extra Tall lift.

Curious if anyone has either of these lifts and if they could provide any feedback pertaining to quality, performance, reliability...the usual stuff we look for when making a decision :):)

Do you care if the lift is ALI certified?
The BendPak is and the Atlas is not.

I have the XPR-10 lift so only rated to 10,000 LBS. But I wanted the ALI rating and you will pay extra for it. So far 4+ years and I am very happy with it.

I have the BendPak XPR-10 and have been really happy with it if that helps any. I have had no issues at all with it and it is used just about every day.

I have the ATLAS PLATINUM PVL-12 ALI CERTIFIED 12,000 LBS.
and while it is OK I am less than impressed with Greg Smith / Atlas ( same company smoke and mirrors)

bad directions , parts not completely water jetted , top bar was longer than it was supposed to be and other things that I sent them an email about ,, and the best part the adapters are 1.57" pin and no one sells them except atlas, and they don't carry a decent assortment , when I asked them WTF with the 1.57 proprietary ****? they said it was an ALI certification thing,,
ALI ( who was great to deal with) said they had no influence on pin size ,, Atlas stopped replying to my emails after that so looks like I have to get some adapters machined to fill the gap between 4.5 and 8.5 tall

the non ALI cert 10P/12P uses a standard adapter but no certification, so I couldn't win ??
