Atlas, Troy, Michigan

Good morning.

Trying to find information on an Atlas Tool out of Troy, Michigan. I got this little 3/8" square spanner wrench (guessing that's what it is) but can't find any info on this company on AA or here in the archives. It also has a "10" placed below the manufacturer info.

If it really is Atlas Press, as noted above, then this may help. Troy is 2.5 hrs from Kalamazoo, so maybe not

That seems like a logical choice for a tool post wrench for a lathe.

The 1960s brought us Atlas Welding Accessories in Troy, but info only snippet view. Could see that as a tank wrench too.

Could the stamped "10" indicate that it is a 10mm square and not 3/8"? If it does, that could give a clue as to age.
