After many False Starts it has begun, doing a 1120 Square Foot addition to my Existing 400 Square foot 1960's Attached Garage!!
Pro's: Adding 1120 Square Feet.
Con's: Loosing out 600 Square foot Deck and 224 foot covered concrete Porch, and the Beating my Wallet will take to make it happen.

I have some Fab and Machining equipment that is currently scattered between several different Storage locations, that and to hopefully be able to keep both of our vehicles out of the weather.
