Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you for a huge wealth of knowledge here and put up some pics of my long overdue garage build. Ive been lurking here for sometime and posting a few things here and there but thought it was time to let you see what you guys have help me build.

This is what I started with, a 1930's brick house with a falling down concrete porch.

After we hauled out the porch we filled the hole beneath it, leveled the lot, laid the pex, and poured some crete.

Had to fir out the cinder block walls so we could add sheeting and new siding and cut a hole for a new front door. What a pain!!!

After a 3 week battle with the City over the final size of the garage I had to agree to no overhang but got to start building.

Got the last of the siding on as the first snow flakes of the year started to fall (except for the peak, that's going to have to wait until spring when I redo all of them).

Its actually 28 deep and 29'9" wide. I had to go 28 deep so it would march up to the house. I'm pleasantly surprised with the amount of working space around my pickup. Right now there is alot of construction stuff so its hard to see but I have about 5' of space in front of thepickup.
