Attached finished garage ventilation

Looking for options and info. Have no idea what size and type of device I need

24x24 attached finished insulated garage with attic above.
I have mini-split for heat/cool

I use break clean for parts, sometimes various glues, etc. I feel like I am always breathing some chemicals.
I cannot always open a door (car on a lift, weather, etc)

Decided I need to get it done and done. But not sure what this should look like.

Like bathroom fan? But what about intake? If intake/exhaust - then what about climate control?

I use a 30" whole house fan for air exchanges when either the weather is nice, or when solvents are involved.

You mentioned an attic, which I assume (if not foam insulated) that it's got a ridge vent and soffit.
Just install an attic fan. That's what I've got in my garage. Works great.

You should look at a HRV or an ERV then. (You'll need one or the other depending on what part of the country you are in.)

I have an HRV sized for Carbon Monoxide removal. (ASHRAE provides a guide on how to calculate the CFM.) It doesn't get rid of the smell instantly, but clears things up after working in the garage for an hour or so.
