I have an attached gargae that is 13 x 24 and has lots of pits in it but no crackes or crumbled concrete...Could I use a 2 car garage floor kit and kinda squeege it o fill in the pitts then roll it out and flake as I go ???

It all depends on how deep your pits are and how many. If it's not too bad, you can premix a small batch and mix in a little sand. Trowel that mix into your pitted areas to fill them in level with the rest of the floor. Then coat your floor the following day as you planned.
I was going to add that Shea was 100% on the mark, but then your updated comments.
My concern becomes what cased the pits. Sounds like failing concrete surface. In that case potentially lots of problems with any sort of top coat. Possible fix for that is a solvent thinned epoxy primer like ESP 155 to sort of 'firm up" the failing surface (we see this often in old gunite lined swimming pools - years of pool chemicals do nasty things).
A liberal coat of a 100% solids epoxy would be a possible fix if failing concrete isn't an issue. Work carefully the front side of the roller deposits the epoxy and the back side of the roller removes a lot of it. You need to supply enough epoxy to 'refill the pits" as the epoxy self levels.
Hard to say how much epoxy that would be. 1 gal of anything is 231 cubic inches or enough liquid to fill 6.2 sf of area at 1/4 inch thick. Your pits could add up to a large amount of volume.

Make sure the pits are not from a poor surface.
Any imperfections not prepared prior will "telegraph" through the coating.
Another trick is to "pull" a coat of 100% solids SL over the floor with a squeegee prior to the money coat.
The SL is fortified with a finely ground aggregate.
