This is my 3rd year in the house. Just a regular attached single car garage that needed some work. Floor was badly pitted and uneven. It was poured by hand in the early 50's. The garage is 11.5 x 24. So this is what we did and some pictures.
Jack hammered the old floor out along with ripping out old black top driveway and 2 walk ways.
replaced the dry wall on the ceiling and some on the walls.
put in new doors and a new window.
Paint (Harley colors).
new outlets, switches, led shop lights and a 20 amp line and plug for my compressor
just need to add my air compressor and get my Harley back in after the floor sets in a few weeks.
All the prep work for the concrete was done by myself, my wife and father in law. Then i hired some finishers to pour and finish. drive way is 20.5 x 100 total of 36 yards poured in 1 day.
Garage floor is 7 inches thick.
