Attached vs Detached Tag in Garage Gallery?

Hey folks, finally re-registered after a long hiatus from the forum. I did a search and see this was discussed in 2019, but under the context of splitting the Garage Gallery section. Instead of splitting it, could we have a new tag in place, just like the sqft tags, for "Detached" and "Attached"?

I think it would be really useful, especially if the tags could also be integrated into an advance search feature.

Seems like a good idea.
I cone across each thread without index so it makes no difference to me. So my opinion is worth less. Somebody who surfs each forum may have a better handle on if it works better.
