Attaching MC wire to poles

I am looking for a way to attach multiple runs of mc to the poles in my garage. I was looking for something that resembles the old spark plug wire looms. Anybody? Anything? Thanks

Thats what I did! I cut all the hooks off the hangers and damn the wife is pissed!!
