Attaching NM (Romex) cable to metal studs

I've got all my metal framing done and I need to run my romex for the outlets. Is there a specific type of clip to attach the cable to the metal studs? If it was wood I'd just use staples and everything I've seen at a big box store looks hokey.

Purchase at a local electrical supply house. Screw to studs. But personally, I'd run MC cable in metal walls...

Edit: Also noted, illegal for romex in Canada...

There's a whole set of plastic "hardware" for use in metal stud wall systems. There are snap in bushings that allow protection for Romex run through the studs and there are ones that clamp the wire. MC would be a good choice, but you can buy shitloads of plastic for not much money. The best argument for MC is that it is almost impossible to inadvertently penetrate it.

WHY would you bother with bushings??? Just to make the pull easier?
Maybe for a DIYer I guess.

there is a right way and a wrong way to string MC in metal studs, one way you can pull through 20 studs easy, the other way, you can't pull more than 1.
