I am wondering what best way to attach wood to concrete in my garage on the side lip goes up at bottom of wall?? I want to put a 2x8 alongside at top there is wood and then the bottom is concrete to floor. What you guys thing?

Most times when people anchor pressure treated lumber to concrete, they use wedge anchor bolts like this:

I assume it won't be holding any weight, so a few Tapcons are a great way to go. Anchor bolts are a lot of work/expense.
