I have a Ryobi 4 cycle gas trimmer head. I am sick of it shutting down, not starting and its ******** noise. I want to move to a battery powered head.

On a weekly basis, I need to use the string trimmer attachment for about 20 minutes and the blower attachment for about 10 minutes. Once every month and a half, I need to use the clipper/hedge trimmer attachment for half hour.

I have all the attachments. I need just the head, charger and batteries. I don't need/want to buy new attachments. What do you all recommend I get that will last a while?

I'd probably just get the ryobi battery power head

Looks like you can get the 40v power head on its own, they also make an 18v attachment trimmer but I don't think you can buy the 18v power head on its own. 40v would probably closer in power to the gas than the 18v anyway

Echo eForce has 15 attachments including the ones you are asking for.
I have no experience with this newer system but I have been using the older 58v system that is similar for the last 11 years with no issue's.
